The 32-year-old was driving a BMW X5 along the Hume Highway, Braemar in the NSW Southern Highlands about 1.30pm today when he was stopped.

Video captures group of men 'rushing' at police car in Glenroy
Investigations are underway after a group of people aggressively charged at a police car in Melbourne's north yesterday.
Video obtained by 9News shows about a dozen men erratically rushing towards the police vehicle travelling on Logan Street in Glenroy, yelling at officers as the car's sirens blared.

Man feared missing after being washed away by wave on NSW North Coast
A man is believed to be missing at sea after a huge wave hit the southern breakwall at Coffs Harbour on the NSW North Coast this evening.
The man, in his 20s, was reportedly walking along the breakwall at Jordan Esplanade when the wave hit and he disappeared, NSW Police said.
