Victoria records 'triple donut day' with zero new COVID-19 cases for sixth day
Victoria has recorded a 'triple donut day' going six consecutive days without any local coronavirus cases after launching a new traffic light permit system which enables travellers from regional NSW to enter the state.
More than 18,000 test results were conducted in the past 24 hours.
