The 'last' Holden made in Australia has sold at auction for $750,000. The red Commodore V8 sedan wasn't the very last car to roll off the general assembly line at the South Adelaide plant in October 2017 but it was the "last body to leave the bodyshop and enter/exit the paintshop".

Stocks rally ahead of Biden coronavirus stimulus plan

U.S. equity markets rallied Thursday morning as traders awaited details of President-elect Joe Biden’s proposed COVID-19 relief package. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 95 points, or 09.31%, in the opening minutes of trading while the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite were higher by 0.23% and 0.3%, respectively.

Woman sues lotto after claiming she lost winning $2 million ticket

A Queensland woman who claims she lost her $2 million lotto ticket has taken The Lott to court in a bid to get her hands on the winnings. The 59-year-old told the Supreme Court she misplaced the ticket she bought with cash for Gold Lotto draw 3315 from a Cairns newsagency on January 22, 2014.
