Police searching for 2-year-old abducted by father in Gibraltar
GIBRALTAR, Mich. – Police are searching for 2-year-old Justice Kelly, who was taken by his father from his mother’s Gibraltar home Wednesday night (Jan. 6), violating a personal protection order against him for domestic violence.
