Enteignen« in Berlin ihr Volksbegehren zur Enteignung und Vergesellschaftung großer privater Wohnungsunternehmen gestartet. Innerhalb der nächsten vier Monate will man 175.000 Unterstützungsunterschriften von Wahlberechtigten sammeln. Sollte das gelingen, würden die Berliner am 26. September 2021– parallel zur Bundestagswahl und der Wahl zum Berliner Abgeordnetenhaus – in einem Volksentscheid auch darüber entscheiden, ob die Wohnungsbestände von Immobiliengesellschaften, die über mehr als 3.000 Wohneinheiten verfügen, gegen Zahlung einer Entschädigung sozialisiert und in öffentliches Eigentum überführt werden sollen.
