U.S. men's 2000 Olympic medal-round run: An improbable adventure, told by those who lived it
When the United States U23 men's national team kicked off in the Olympic qualifying tournament, it did so understanding that the only meaningful way to measure success would be simple: qualify. Anything short of securing a trip to the delayed Tokyo Games will be viewed as a failure, especially in the wake of the senior team's collapse in 2018 World Cup qualifying and with the emergence of young Americans such as Christian Pulisic, Weston McKennie, Tyler Adams and Sergino Dest playing at high levels in Europe.

LivingLiving my life authentically and openly has not always been easy. There have been times I was fired for being gay, or I have dealt with my fair share of homophobia over the past 30 years.
But I am proud to have consistently advocated for equal rights for all. I am out in every arena and live my life openly. I have soccer to thank for that. Soccer is my first love, and the people involved helped me love myself.

Tales Of An Intersex Soccer Mom
My biggest fear? Periods. Not my own — I know I will never experience a visit from Aunt Flo. But I knew someday my daughters probably would, and that fact petrified me for nearly a decade. I mean, how was I supposed to guide them through this mystical female rite of passage when I was so clueless? Sure, together we read the doctrinal American Girl book “The Care and Keeping of You,” and they’d probably learn stuff from their friends, right? I thought I could avoid facing my fear for several more years. Shoot, they had just turned double digits. Surely I was off the hook for at least three or four more years?

Ann Curry Still Doesn't Know Why She Was Ousted From Today
During one of the biggest news events in history, one of America’s most prominent television journalists is not in the newsroom. Instead, Ann Curry, the former cohost of the Today show, is spending the COVID-19 shutdown in her Connecticut home, where she’s been in quarantine with her husband, tweeting.
Curry has always been more of a hard-news reporter than a TV personality, and she’s used her days at home trying to pinpoint the most verifiable information about the pandemic to disseminate to her 1.5 million followers.

Breast hypertrophy
Breast hypertrophy is a rare medical condition of the breast connective tissues in which the breasts become excessively large. The condition is often divided based on the severity into two types, macromastia and gigantomastia. Hypertrophy of the breast tissues may be caused by increased histologic sensitivity to certain hormones such as female sex hormones, prolactin, and growth factors. Breast hypertrophy is a benign progressive enlargement, which can occur in both breasts (bilateral) or only in one breast (unilateral). It was first scientifically described in 1648.
